Top Level Financial is a trade name and “doing business as” (DBA) of Sunray Click Co (collectively, the “Company,” “Top Level Financial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Credit & Information Authorization (the “Authorization”) explains the permissions you provide when you submit information through TopLevelFinancial.com (the “Website”) and request assistance or information related to financing or credit-related resources.

By clicking “I Agree,” “Authorize,” “Submit,” checking a consent box, electronically signing, or otherwise indicating acceptance, you authorize the actions described below.

Purpose of This Authorization

You are submitting information to:

  • Request educational information and/or assistance related to business loans, commercial loans, consumer loans, business credit education, and/or credit rebuilding topics; and/or
  • Request review of your inquiry to help identify potential financing pathways and next steps.

This Authorization is intended for users in the United States and Canada.

Your Authorization to Obtain and Verify Information

You authorize the Company, and parties acting on our behalf (such as service providers), to:

  • Collect, use, and verify the information you provide
  • Confirm identity and validate information submitted (as applicable)
  • Request supporting documentation (for example, bank statements, tax documents, proof of business ownership, or other financial information), if needed for your request

You understand that verification may involve contacting you, requesting additional documents, and/or using third-party data sources where available.

Authorization to Request Credit Reports (Where Applicable)

Depending on the nature of your request, you authorize the Company and/or third parties connected through your request (such as lenders, funding providers, credit service providers, or their agents) to obtain consumer and/or business credit information for legitimate purposes related to your inquiry.

This may include:

  • Consumer credit reports (when a personal guarantor is required or consumer-related products are requested)
  • Business credit reports and business background data

Soft vs. Hard Credit Inquiries:

  • Soft inquiries may be used for pre-qualification or assessment and generally do not impact credit scores.
  • Hard inquiries may be required by a lender or provider for a final credit decision and may affect your credit score.

Important: We do not control a third party’s credit inquiry practices. If a hard inquiry is required, it is typically disclosed by the lender/provider during their process.

Authorization to Share Information With Third Parties (Routing)

You authorize the Company to share the information you submit with third parties, as reasonably necessary to support your request, including:

  • Lenders and financing providers
  • Loan marketplaces or referral networks (if used)
  • Credit-related service providers (if relevant to your request)
  • Service providers supporting our operations (hosting, CRM, communications, analytics)

We share information for the purpose of evaluating your request, responding to you, and facilitating potential next steps. Third parties may have their own privacy policies and authorization requirements.

Information You Represent and Warrant

You represent and warrant that:

  • The information you submit is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
  • You are authorized to submit information about the business (if applicable)
  • You have the authority to authorize credit and information checks on any person or entity included in the submission (for example, a co-owner or guarantor), or you will obtain their consent before providing their information
  • If you are submitting information about another individual, you confirm you have obtained their consent for submission and credit checks as necessary

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted
  • Providing truthful and updated documentation if requested
  • Understanding that any financial decision resulting from a third-party lender or provider is solely the responsibility of that lender and you

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top Level Financial and its affiliates, officers, employees, or service providers are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the submission of information, including:

  • Credit approval or denial by a third-party lender
  • Funding amounts, rates, terms, or fees determined by a lender
  • Any errors, omissions, or delays in information processing

Duration and Revocation of Authorization

This Authorization remains effective until you withdraw it. You may withdraw this Authorization at any time by emailing info@toplevelfinancial.com.

Important: Withdrawing authorization may limit our ability to process your inquiry or provide assistance, but it does not affect actions already taken under this Authorization.
